Sacred Heart Primary School provides wonderful opportunities for physical activity.

Our school celebrates not only the importance of physical activity to overall health and wellbeing but also for teaching important life skills. At Sacred Heart Primary School, we aim to provide all children with the opportunity to participate in a variety of sports to enhance their ability to work as part of a team and interact with others in a positive and fair manner.

All students are allocated to a family-based house team and participate in Inter-House sports competitions for Cross Country and Athletics Carnival. The four house teams are:

Murray (Blue) Kulkyne (Green) Hattah (Yellow) Mallee (Red)

Sacred Heart is involved with outside organisations such as Sporting Schools and School Sport Victoria so children can excel in a variety of sports at a regional level, and higher. The school also has all students from Year 1-6 participate in a Swimming Program at Mildura Waves.

Sacred Heart Mildura acknowledges the Australian Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islander peoples as the first inhabitants of the nation and the Traditional Custodians of the lands where we live, learn and work.

Sacred Heart is committed to being an inclusive culture where everyone has the right to feel safe.
