Uniform
At Sacred Heart, our school uniform helps students feel a strong sense of belonging and pride. It reflects our identity as a Catholic school and supports a calm, focused learning environment.

We aim to keep our uniform practical, affordable, and easy to manage for families, while ensuring it is worn consistently and respectfully by all students.
Uniform
Families may choose to wear Summer or Winter uniform options at any time of year. There is no formal changeover date—students are encouraged to wear what makes them feel most comfortable.
Summer Uniform Options
Girls

Students wear their sports uniform on designated PE days or when advised by the school.
Hats
From September 1 to May 1, all students must wear their wide-brimmed school hat when outdoors. Hats may also be required outside these dates based on the UV rating.

Foundation students wear a pale blue hat for easy identification.

All other students wear a navy blue hat with the school logo.
Shoes
Plain black shoes (preferably leather) are required, without coloured logos or stripes. Labelled and coloured sneakers are permitted on PE days only.

Socks

Hair, Jewellery and Accessories

Hair must be neat and tied back if long, using navy or pale blue accessories

Jewellery is limited to small plain studs and optional religious medals (worn safely)

Nail polish and makeup are not part of our uniform

Second-Hand Uniforms
Our second-hand uniform shop is usually open during assembly times. Families may also order online via our form:

Orders are prepared for collection at the school office, with payment by EFTPOS. If a size is unavailable, we’ll contact you directly.

Lost Property
Lost property is stored outside the Mootwingee classroom. Unclaimed items will be donated to the second-hand shop at the end of each term. Please label all items clearly.
