Brain Break
Students have a short mid-morning break. Please send a piece of fruit or vegetable in a separate, clearly labelled container.
Lunch
Eaten in classrooms between 11:25 and 11:40 am. We encourage students to bring a nutritious main meal such as a sandwich, wrap or salad, with an optional healthy treat.
Recess Snack
Recess occurs at 1:40 pm. A second snack of fruit, vegetables or small healthy items helps sustain energy for the afternoon.
Food Storage
Fridge storage is available at school. Please use small, clearly labelled containers. Ice packs and insulated lunchboxes are not required.
We appreciate family support in helping children develop healthy eating habits, ensuring they have the energy to thrive and learn every day.

We aim to ensure safe, efficient, and respectful drop-off and pick-up routines for all families.

School Crossings
We strongly encourage all students and families to use supervised school crossings on 12th Street, Walnut Avenue and 11th Street, modelling safe behaviours for children.
Buses
A staff member supervises students catching buses from the St Joseph’s College stop on 11th Street.
For everyone’s safety, please avoid using unsupervised pick-up spots like Walnut Avenue or the St Joseph’s College entrance.
